Danzig II: Lucifuge (June 26, 1990) is widely considered the band's finest album, produced by Rick Rubin at Hollywood Sound Recorders and Larrabee Sound Studios. It is a more sonically expansive and bluesy record than the debut, with a sinister edge rooted in the influence of Howlin' Wolf and Robert Johnson.
