Alien: Covenant (2017) is the sixth installment in the Alien franchise and a direct prequel/sequel to Prometheus, directed by Ridley Scott. Set 10 years after the events of Prometheus, the crew of the colony ship Covenant discovers what they believe is an uncharted paradise — but is actually a dark and dangerous world whose sole survivor is the android David (Michael Fassbender).
