About This Album

Boston's Boston on black vinyl LP (Epic/Legacy, 2017 reissue of the 1976 debut). It opens with the immortal More Than a Feeling, rolls through Peace of Mind and the epic Foreplay/Long Time, and closes side two with Let Me Take You Home Tonight. One of the debut albums of all time and ranked among Rolling Stone's 100 best debuts, it revived guitar rock at the height of disco. Tom Scholz built the record mostly alone in his basement studio, fooling Epic into thinking the sessions were in Los Angeles. This 2017 pressing presents the original 1976 recordings in a clean standard black-vinyl edition.
