About This Album

Chevelle's This Type Of Thinking (Could Do Us In) on vinyl LP (Legacy, 2017) is the Chicago trio's third studio album. It leans on Vitamin R (Leading Us Along), The Clincher and the slow-burning Panic Prone, balancing downtuned riffs with genuine melody. The album debuted at #8 on the Billboard 200 and was certified Platinum, produced by Michael “Elvis” Baskette. It was the last Chevelle record to feature all three Loeffler brothers, with bassist Joe departing in July 2005. This 2017 Legacy reissue gives the fan favourite a proper vinyl home, complete with a printed lyric inner sleeve.

About This Pressing

This single-LP US reissue arrives with a printed inner sleeve carrying lyrics and recording notes, a fitting vinyl home for a defining Chevelle record.
