About This Album

Dio’s Holy Diver on 180-gram black vinyl 2LP (Rhino Records, 2022, the Joe Barresi remix edition of the band’s 1983 debut). Remix legend Joe Barresi rebuilt the album from the original analogue tapes, keeping the nine original tracks intact alongside the 1983 B-side version of Evil Eyes. Anthems Holy Diver and Rainbow In The Dark lead a lineup of Ronnie James Dio, Vivian Campbell, Jimmy Bain and Vinny Appice. This pressing adds an etched Side D featuring the demon Murry inside a gatefold jacket with new artwork by longtime Dio artist Marc Sasso.

About This Pressing
