Fred Again..'s third studio album on limited edition clear vinyl LP. Actual Life 3 (January 1 – September 9 2022) (October 28, 2022) is the concluding chapter of Fred's Actual Life trilogy — a period he described as some of the most transformative months of his life, documented in his signature style of field recordings, sampled voices, and beautifully crafted electronic production. The album was recorded during the period of intense creative work that followed his celebrated live sets at Glastonbury and Electric Picnic, and coincides with the rise of his global touring presence.

Produced with collaborators including Jamie xx, Kieran Hebden (Four Tet), and Parisi. Features Danielle (Smile on My Face), Delilah (Pull Me Out of This), Kammy (Like I Do), Nathan (Still Breathing), Winnie (End of Me), and Bleu (Better with Time). Released via Atlantic Records, October 28, 2022.

Note: This original 2022 pressing uses alternate early versions of several tracks (including Danielle and Delilah) that differ from the final digital versions. A 2023 repress corrects this. No inner sleeve — vinyl sits in outer jacket.
