When Thorogood and the Delaware Destroyers burst onto the national scene, roots rock was all but absent from contemporary radio. Their hard-rocking rhythm 'n' blues — in the style of Chuck Berry, Bo Diddley, John Lee Hooker, and Elmore James — was undeniable. 10 tracks including the blues standard One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer (originally by John Lee Hooker).
