About This Album

The third studio album from Colorado folk singer-songwriter Gregory Alan Isakov on vinyl LP. That Sea, The Gambler (2007, reissued 2012) is a luminous collection of intimate folk songs exploring themes of travel, longing, and the search for belonging — featuring Isakov's signature guitar fingerpicking and weathered, emotive vocals.

Born in Johannesburg, South Africa and rooted in Boulder, Colorado, Isakov — also a working horticulturist — has built a devoted following through his evocative, quietly powerful songwriting.
