About This Album

Hermanos Gutiérrez's El Bueno Y El Malo on Black Vinyl LP (Easy Eye Sound, 2022, Dan Auerbach-produced) delivers the brothers' hypnotic instrumental guitar dialogue on wax. Highlights include Tres Hermanos with Auerbach on guitar, the cinematic Los Chicos Tristes and the driving Thunderbird. Inspired by spaghetti-western film scores and vintage Latin American sounds, the album was produced by Auerbach at his Easy Eye Sound studio in Nashville. Born in Ecuador and raised in Switzerland, brothers Alejandro and Estevan forge a signature twin-guitar sound across the album's ten tracks. Their first album for Easy Eye Sound — and fifth studio album overall.
