About This Album

Morrissey's Make-Up Is A Lie on blue vinyl LP (Sire, 2026, his fourteenth solo album and return to Sire Records). The lead single Make-Up Is A Lie, Notre-Dame and Lester Bangs headline twelve new songs recorded at Studio La Fabrique in France with producer Joe Chiccarelli. A faithful cover of Roxy Music's Amazona closes the set. His first album of new material in over five years, it marks the homecoming of one of pop's most singular voices.
