Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge is the second studio album by American rock band My Chemical Romance, originally released June 8, 2004 via Reprise Records. Produced by Howard Benson, it established MCR as one of the defining bands of the mid-2000s, combining the best of punk, metal, and emo. The album was certified Platinum in the US, with the singles I'm Not Okay (I Promise), Helena, The Ghost of You, and You Know What They Do to Guys Like Us in Prison. 13 original tracks. The album inspired a generation of fans known as the MCRmy and remains one of the most beloved emo/alternative albums of the era.

About This Pressing

This 20th Anniversary Deluxe Edition is released on 2LP Red & Black Marble Vinyl (available at all retail; a separate Red & Black Corona version was Indie/D2C exclusive). Released June 6, 2025 via Reprise / WMX. The entire 13-track album has been remixed by Rich Costey, packaged in brand new artwork. Additionally, 4 bonus tracks recorded live at the BBC in 2005 have been added: 3 are previously unreleased live versions of I’m Not Okay (I Promise), Helena, and The Ghost of You; the 4th is a live You Know What They Do to Guys Like Us in Prison (from a limited UK CD single B-side). Side D is etched.
