The album went 3× Platinum and peaked at #28 on the Billboard 200. Singles I'm Not Okay (I Promise) and Helena both achieved Platinum certification and remain MCR’s most iconic songs. Rolling Stone placed the album at #10 on their list of 100 Greatest Metal Albums. 13 tracks.

This is the 20th Anniversary Deluxe Edition CD, released June 6, 2025 via Reprise / WMX. Features the entire original album newly remixed by Grammy-winning producer Rich Costey, new artwork, and 4 bonus tracks from a BBC Radio 1 “The Lock Up” session in 2005: three previously unreleased live versions of I'm Not Okay (I Promise), Helena, and The Ghost of You, plus a live You Know What They Do to Guys Like Us in Prison (originally a B-side on the limited UK CD single of I'm Not Okay). Total: 17 tracks. Packaged in a digisleeve.
