To celebrate the 50th Anniversary of one of rock's great albums, Paul McCartney & Wings' Band on the Run (1973) arrives on 180-gram vinyl LP, cut at half speed by Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studios using a high-resolution transfer of the original 1973 master tapes. This special edition uses the US tracklist, which includes Helen Wheels — making it a 10-track edition.

Also included is a reproduction of the original Linda McCartney Polaroid photo poster. Band on the Run was recorded in Lagos, Nigeria under extraordinary circumstances — amid line-up turmoil, a near-fatal asthma attack for McCartney, and a mugging — and emerged as the most acclaimed album of Paul McCartney's post-Beatles career, winning the Grammy for Best Pop Vocal Performance. Released via Capitol Records, February 2, 2024.
