Rush - Signals [Vinyl LP]
Rush - Signals [Vinyl LP]
Rush's ninth studio album on 200-gram heavyweight vinyl LP — remastered at Abbey Road Studios using the Direct to Metal Mastering (DMM) audiophile copper plating process from the original analog masters, with a digital download card included. Part of the Rush 40th Anniversary vinyl reissue series. Signals (September 9, 1982) marked a significant stylistic shift for the band — a deeper embrace of electronic and synthesizer-based production, influenced by the new wave movement, while retaining their technical virtuosity and conceptual ambition.
Debuting at #10 on the Billboard 200 and certified Platinum by the RIAA. Features Subdivisions (a concert staple ever since), The Analog Kid, Chemistry, Digital Man, The Weapon, New World Man, Losing It, and Countdown. Released via Mercury Records, October 9, 2015.
