About This Album

Screaming Trees's Sweet Oblivion on LP (Epic, 2018, reissue of the 1992 album). The band's sixth studio album became their record on the strength of Nearly Lost You, which also appeared on the soundtrack of the film Singles. Formed in Ellensburg, Washington in 1985 around singer Mark Lanegan and the Conner brothers, the band folded hard rock and psychedelic elements into the grunge-era sound. This 2018 Epic pressing presents the 11-track original album on a single LP.
