Produced by Ross Robinson, who sought to capture the raw energy of the band’s live performances rather than alter their sound. Recorded at Indigo Ranch Studio, Malibu, California. The album established Slipknot as one of the most explosive acts in metal history, fuelling a devoted worldwide fanbase.
