About This Album

One of grunge's notable one-off collaborations, finally given the treatment it deserves. Temple of the Dog — the supergroup formed by Chris Cornell and Eddie Vedder (Pearl Jam), alongside Stone Gossard, Jeff Ament, and Mike McCready — recorded their only album in 1990 as a tribute to Cornell's late roommate Andrew Wood.

This 25th Anniversary Edition 2LP features the original album remastered by Bob Ludwig, pressed at higher volume for improved dynamics and warmth. The gatefold sleeve includes new liner notes and rare archival photography. From the mournful Say Hello 2 Heaven to the raw call-and-response of Hunger Strike, this record remains one of the most emotionally powerful documents of the Seattle scene.
