L.A. Woman is the sixth and final studio album by American rock band The Doors, released April 19, 1971 via Elektra Records. Recorded with producer Bruce Botnick in a rented rehearsal space to capture a more raw, blues-influenced sound after the departure of longtime producer Paul Rothchild. Features Jim Morrison’s final recorded vocals before his death in July 1971. Includes Riders on the Storm, Love Her Madly, The Changeling, and the epic 7-minute title track. 10 tracks. Rolling Stone ranked it among their 500 Greatest Albums of All Time.
